Description

An unusual pair of Anthony Redmile candlesticks An unusual pair of Anthony Redmile candlesticks, 1970s, each with an ostrich egg mounted with a sconce and drip pan, raised on a cast stand modelled as a frog, with twisted legs, the mouth hinged opening to reveal a compartment for matches, raised on an ebonised plinth, 44cm high (2) Condition Report: Each candle scone and drip pan loose. One mount loose. Both need nuts to hold in place. The cast frogs and mounts tarnished. The ebonised plinths with some wear and chips to the edges.
