Overall good condition. Work is covered in a thin layer of dirt. Lacquered fiberglass body has a few scattered abrasions and small losses of finish. Socks are discolored with a layer of dirt. Rims and axel are corroded with rust. Spokes are discolored with flaking paint. Wheels roll as needed.
