A pair of Chinese gilt bronze plaques with guardian, dating from the Qing dynasty period. Each guardian stands on a lotus platform wearing armor and raising a weapon with a fierce expression. Each surrounded by a halo.
H. 5 3/4" (14.6 cm), W. 5" (12.7 cm)
Condition: good condition overall with wear and burnishing to the surface and holes punched in the bronze for mounting on a surface.
