Description

Willie Mays Signed Baseball. With JSA Authentication.

Baseball signed "Willie" in black ink on the sweet spot of an official Rawlings William D. White era National League baseball. Slightly toned and scuffed, else fine and boldly signed with only a JSA hologram on the baseball.

Willie Mays is a retired American professional baseball player who is considered to be one of the greatest players of all time. Mays played primarily as a center fielder for the New York and San Francisco Giants, as well as the New York Mets, during his 22-year career in Major League Baseball.

Mays was known for his remarkable athleticism and all-around skills, excelling at hitting, fielding, and baserunning. He was a 24-time All-Star, won 12 Gold Glove awards for his fielding, and finished his career with 660 home runs, which was the fourth-highest total in MLB history at the time of his retirement.

This item comes with a Certificate from John Reznikoff, a premier authenticator for both major 3rd party authentication services, PSA and JSA (James Spence Authentications), as well as numerous auction houses.
