The paper is crisp and the back side has assorted news print articles. A brochure dated 1924 shows moderate signs of use with tearing along the spine, wear on the edges, discoloration, and pencil marks on the cover. 2 similar brochures with mirrored covers from 1927 show standard signs of wear and worn edges. Brochure dated November 1927 in plastic sleeve has a bent corner and marks on the cover. Brochure dated March 1927 has a worn bottom right edge. The yellow brochure appears to be from the1920's and is torn near the bottom of the spine. Shows moderate signs of wear with some discoloration, bends, and tears along the edges.
