This lot contains a traditional Chinese calligraphy set by Mini Zen SHO-DO Calligraphy. This set includes two calligraphy brushes, an instruction booklet, a porcelain brush holder, an ink grinding stone, a porcelain water dish, a black ink stick, ten practice sheets of calligraphy paper, and a water dropper. This kit is meant to give the user a basic introduction to the ancient art of SHO-DO which can be translated as "the way of writing". The kit is approx 2 1/2" x 3 1/4" x 9 3/4" and weighs about 1.1lbs. Overall the kit is in good used condition with some minor ware from aging.
