Description

This is a beautiful footed jug from the American Brilliant period. It is cut in the Excelsior pattern by the J. D. Bergen Company. This artistic design has large hobstars, flashing, and vesicas filed with cane. The handle is cut with St. Louis diamonds. There is step cutting above the base and the large foot has a 24 pt. hobstar on the bottom. Circa 1900

Great condition. No chips or cracks. No heat check on the handle and no residue.
