Of flattened organic form, in semi-opaque blue colored glass, internally decorated on either side with large amber, amethyst and gray colored glass shards, signed and dated. Height 6 inches, width 5 3/4 inches.

appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition, i.e., no apparent rim chips, hairline cracks, etc.; no noteworthy condition issues were observed; the interior appears to be in generally nice, clean condition, i.e, not water stained, mineral stained, or clouded; numerous scattered tiny (pinhead-size) air bubbles, in the making, not of any consequence
