Description
Charles Eames (St. Louis, MO, 1907-1978) and Ray Eames (Sacramento, CA, 1912-1988). FSW-6 folding screen for Herman Miller, designed in 1946. Later 20th century production. Six-paneled molded plywood painted black and connected with woven polypropylene mesh. Screen is unmarked. White scuffs to plywood near top and bottom edges of screen. Small chips and losses to plywood on top and bottom edges of screen.Unfolded: 57 5/8" W x 67 3/4" H. Folded: 8 3/8" W x 8 3/8" D x 67 3/4" H. 30 lbs.
