Excessive wear to fretboard below 17th fret, fretboard shows denting and wear, neck shows denting to sides near fretboard, body shows denting and scratching, the back shows wear, bridge has light condensation, tuners replaced, strap buttons replaced with strap locks, nut replaced with locking nut.
