COLLECTION OF STERLING INCLUDING GORHAM
American and English, late 19th to early 20th century, hallmarked sterling silver. Twenty-three (23) total articles. Gorham articles include a "Poppy" nut dish, #A2737; a set of twelve (12) fish forks (unidentified pattern, similar to Butter Cup); a spoon marked for E.F. Watts; an Etruscan pattern (patent 1913) serving spoon; an Imperial Chrysanthemum pattern (patent 1894) serving spoon; and a Strasbourg pattern (patent 1897) spoon.
Other articles include coffee pot, sugar, and creamer, all hallmarked for Mueck-Cary Co., now Towle, and John Wanamaker (later division of Macy's); a Towle (1924 patent) pierced relish spoon; and an R. Blackinton pierced serving spoon. Also accompanying is a parcel gilt, German 800 marked egg cup with chicken feet.
