Brief Letter Signed, as President, to an unnamed recipient, in Spanish, written on the last page of a document, approving the decree set out in the document. Additionally signed by Secretary of the Treasury José Ignacio Esteva. The document, four declarations of the Mexican General Constituent Congress concerning the distribution of revenue stamped paper, signed by Senate President Valentín Gómez Farías and two others.
