At The Time He Was The Longest Service Police Commissioner In New York City History And The First Commissioner To Be Promoted From Within The Department. Mr. Enright Joined The Nypd In 1896 And Retired In 1925. He Also Wrote Three Works Of Fiction Between 1924 And 1925. The Historic And Collectible Fountain Pen Comes With It's Original Silk Lined Box.
