STAFFORDSHIRE AMERICAN VIEW TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC PLATTER, featuring brown/sepia transfer of "View of / Newburgh", as printed to underside, depicting a charming waterside town with ships on left and cattle resting beside road in foreground, from the American Scenery series. Printed pattern name with "JACKSONS WARRANTED" below. Job & John Jackson, Burslem, England. 1831-1835. 18 1/4" x 15 1/4".
