BRITISH PEARLWARE DIPPED WARE / MOCHA CERAMIC PEPPER POTS, LOT OF TWO, each featuring dendritic/seaweed decoration, comprising a baluster-form example with brown ground, blue bands above and below, and a beehive-style knop, having hand-brushed "731" to underside, and a cylindrical-form example with light blue ground, and dark brown double bands above and below. First quarter 19th century. 4 3/4" HOA.

Condition
Brown ground example with some scattered flakes to neck flange; blue ground example having loss to knop, a flake to top, and some areas of light discoloration. Manufacturing flaws including blue ground example with glazed over firing separation, as made.Â
