FREE-BLOWN DIMINUTIVE CHESTNUT-FORM FLASK, deep olive green, flattened ovoid body with medium neck and crude applied ring to exterior of mouth, kick-up base with rough pontil mark. Probably New England. 1780-1830. 5 1/2" H, 3 1/2" W.

Provenance:
Glass deaccessioned by the Bennington Museum, Bennington, VT. All proceeds will go toward the museum's Collections Acquisition Fund.
