MARTIN BRECHALL (SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA, ACT. 1783-1830) FOLK ART FRAKTUR DRAWINGS / REWARDS OF MERIT, LOT OF THREE, watercolor on paper, each featuring a colorful depiction of a stylized flower, single border along all four sides with semi-circles in the corners. Unframed. First quarter 19th century. Two 3 1/8" x 5 5/8"; one 4 1/8" x 6 1/2" OA.

Condition
Fair to good as-found condition with toning, scattered stains and spotting; red border example with a couple tiny tears at dark-colored paint, small loss to upper proper right corner, a short tear at lower edge; yellow border example with several tears at dark-colored paint, two corners with tiny losses, upper proper left corner folded, color with bleeding; blue border with losses along top edge and small losses at bottom edge, some tears.
