Lot of 14 Silhouette Portraits w/Some Unusual Examples. All are cut & paste black paper silhouettes, except one reverse painted on glass, and one painted. Notable is a round portrait of a girl reverse painted on glass and framed in black wicker, a magic lantern glass slide with a silhouette in the style of George Schmidt, and 2 silhouettes from the Chicago Railroad Fair. Most of the remainder are unframed small single portraits, but 2 large framed silhouettes are also included. Dimensions range from 3.5 to 24.25 in h x 4 to 17 in w x .5 to 1.5 in d.
