A figural interior genre scene depicting a male figure seated in a red chair with back to the viewer, overlooking a seascape through an open window, with fish bowl, lamp, living room sign, and other forms. No apparent signature, therefore being sold attributed to Forth. Presented with a fabric mat in a modern black frame.
