Description
Lance Kiland (American, 1967-2015). Lithograph and woodcut print titled "A Sharp Eye" depicting an abstract orange face with a third eye on its forehead, 1988. Pencil signed and dated along the lower right; titled along the lower center; numbered 1/30 along the lower left. Lance Kiland was born and raised in Minnesota. He taught art and graphic design at North Hennepin Community College for almost 40 years. His work has been exhibited in various art museums and galleries in the Twin Cities, Chicago and New York, including the Walker Art Center and the Minneapolis Institute of Arts.
