Description

Description: This lot include an early American presentation banjo wall clock made by "J.L Dunning". Weight driven 8-day brass plate movement with original weight and pendulum. The case is wonderfully gold leafed and in what appears to be original condition. The dial is faded but the makers name can still be seen. The glass tablets are matching and appear to have age. See photos for lot details

Condition: The clock is in overall good antique condition for it's age with expected signs of ware from age and use. There is a small repaired break on the tip of the base (See photos) otherwise the clock appears without notable damage. Will run for 1-2 minuets then stops, service may be required.

Measurements: 41"L x 10.5"W x 4"T

Condition

All of the items in this auction are located at our Oakville CT gallery. Pickup at our gallery will be done BY APPOINTMENT only Monday-Friday 10am to 3pm (Saturday pickup is avalable on 7/15). All items must be picked up by Friday July 21 2023. Any items picked up after 7/21/2023 will be subject to storage fees of $5 per day per lot unless other arrangements have been made with the auctioneer. (See Auction Terms for more specific information relating to pickup)
