The beaker having baluster shaped body, with bulging belly, trumpet-shaped on the tall neck ,slightly flaring mouth rim, raised with high round flaring foot base, like reverse bowl with splayed foot base and slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in white base color which contrast against blue color depicted of flying Qilin careening through cumulus clouds above thrashing Li-shui waves. Qilin are extraordinarily beautiful creatures, sparkling like gems and adorned in flames. With their scaly bodies and horned heads, they resemble Chinese dragons. Qilin are symbol of luck, good omens, protection, prosperity, success, and longevity by the Chinese. Whatever their special attraction, they always move gracefully and dazzle the mortals who see them.The Upper-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark.
