6/26/23 1:45pm - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 073: We believe this piece has been intentionally distressed with woodworm, regular separation at front and side panels, and tonal variation, I do note some dirt and debris, light nicks and wear throughout, some mars across the top, an abrasion to the pull out slide, commensurate with age and use, I observe that the drawers do operate smoothly at this time.
