6/28/23 4:15pm - In my opinion regarding: LOT 384: Both interior cabinets measure approx 16.5”d, 33”w. Regarding condition: I note the cabinet is sturdy, block supports have been later added to both back legs to add stability, visible seams at side panels, a gap at the top door panel, evidence of old woodworm commensurate with origin, with resulting wood loss, the doors both sit slightly open when unlocked, overall surface wear and patina as commensurate with age and use, I observe that both drawers operate smoothly at this time.
