7/13/23 11:15am - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 1604: I note the commode is sturdy, the marble top is intact with very slight fleabites/ roughness at back edge, small loss to front right molding on case, slight nicks/ wear to edges of case, commensurate with age and use, I observe that the drawers operate at this time but are a bit tight.
