6/23/23 9:30am - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 1627: I note this sideboard is in sturdy condition, there is a slight separation/ split at the veneer grain at the upper right side panel where the dark area is, some light surface wear, nicks at edges, scratching, and small abrasions throughout commensurate with age and use, I observe that the drawers operate smoothly at this time.
