7/12/23 3:10pm - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 1731: I note this bookcase is in sturdy condition, the beveled glass panels are intact with no apparent chips or cracks, some small splits with veneer loss at the upper side panels, small wood loss to cornice edges and corners, case with light surface wear, some small nicks and impressions, all commensurate with age and use.
