Bidders are required to check their own mailbox for the Invoice, check Spam mailbox if the bidders do not get the invoice. There is no auto-pay for invoice from Thousand Planet Auction House, bidders need to checkout manually either from Paypal or the payment link which our auction house sends to bidders through LiveAuctioneers.com mail system.
4th Day of Non-Payment: 1st Payment Reminder will be sent to all bidders if there is no payment.
6th Day of Non-Payment: Thousand Planet Auction House will Open Unpaid Dispute against all unpaid accounts.
12th Day of Non-Payment: Thousand Planet Auction House will cancel all unpaid auction lots from bidders account and unpaid bidders account no longer allowed to join any of our auctions as well as our affiliate auction houses in future due to non-responsible behavior which is waste of time to other bidders as well as consignee. We will not allow this kind of bidder to join our auctions no matter what excuses or reasons, our auction business base on Good Man Come, Bad Man Go concept
