This is a unique hand made / hand painted wall hanging made by a Shipibo woman for us as a unique work of Art. Featuring the traditional artistic style of the Shipibo Indians of the Amazon jungle, Peru. This wall hanging features wonderful Jaguar image in black & white designs with Python and vine, as well as tribal motifs painted into a dizzying display of Shipibo handiwork, all inspired by Ayahuasca ceremonies and according to the artist even while under the influence of mother Aya herself. While traveling in the Amazon in 2019 I met the artist amongst the Shipibo and admired her traditional paintings. Since that time I have traveled back to acquire more of her fantastic traditional artwork.***Please understand that it takes 2-3 weeks of labor to create 1 painting.This Painting measures 62 inches x 58 inches. *** There is no yellow discoloration, that is natural light from a window that appears a bit yellowish in the pictures, it is a pure black and white painting.
