Rare 18th century travel perfume box, coffret parfumeur a odeur, Louis XVI. Beautifully figured Rosewood with geometric inlay to the lid of tropical woods, original key and original chased and detailed hinges and escutcheon. The interior includes the following elements, all silver hallmarked: 3 bottles with silver necks and stoppers, a Sevres porcelain cup and saucer circa 1775 and in great condition, 1 silver funnel.
