Late 19th / early 20th century fan. Lithographed cat surrounded by names or signatures of prominent figures including royalty, politicians, fashion designers and models. Names including Carl, Blanche Bonde, Charlotte Knollys, Irma von Geijer, John Brocklehurst. Horn sticks and guards with sequins and gilt decoration. Fan approximately 8 1/2"H x 17"W open. Tears at pleats and at top edge, tears at both guards, losses to gilt decoration on top edge of leaf, tear below cat, losses to sequins on guards and sticks, hole along right side, left guard warped.
