Votive Miniature Oil Lamp, Red Glass, Spaer suggests Southeastern Europe Late Roman Period 1st-2nd C CE, 20x13x6, intact and rare. Reference: Belgium Art and History Museum R 1602 (see Metzger photo files of Belgian museum 9-22. Note this is a four spouted votive example), Spaer 430, and Spaer references the following: “This type is well known, but hardly seen in local archaeological contexts. It is infrequent among Egyptian finds as well, though one example from Fayum is exhibited in the Petrie Museum, University College London (unnumbered), Eisen 75 pl 34:53, Fitzwilliam 85b, Missing From: Borowski - Provenance: ex Sotheby’s 1980s, Julia at Tetragon (08/20/2022)
