Second Edition, Revised and Enlarged. London: MacMillan and Co., 1921. Bound in green cloth-covered boards with gilt stamped lettering to the front board and spine. Fair condition. Considerable wear to the covers. Binding shaken. Webbing of the inner front hinge exposed through the torn pastedown. Front free-endpaper torn out. Blank fly leaf has a large acid stain. Same situation on the rear pastedown and endpapers with webbing exposed, etc. Text block edges toned. Rest of the pages are toned, however mostly around the edges.
