A rare grouping of 20 Woodstock NY posters from the "Sled Hill Café" circa 1960. The Sled Hill Café was know for hosting musical events in its café during this time period with many notable artists making appearances. Includes 5 original poster artworks in watercolors and gouache, 5 printed posted for Avron & Jeff performances (3 are in poor condition - see photos), and 10 Chrysalis printed posters (one in poor condition, most appear unused but with some wear and wrinkles in cardboard in overall good condition) - each measures 15 3/8" x 21 3/4". The 5 original artwork posters includes performances by the Montgomeries, "The Soul of Benny Eilson", and "Martha Velez and her Amazing Jungle Band" - minor stains, some holes and wear in corners, overall most in good condition (see photos) - the largest measures 28" x 14".
