Each speaker has a 12 inch woofer, a dome midrange and a ¾ inch dome tweeter. In a walnut veneer cabinet, and cloth grill cover. The rear features a mid range and tweeter level controls, as well as screw type connectors that allow for re-configuration to woofers only.

Tested. The woofers have been re-coned. The cabinets are in very good condition. No deep or noticeable scratches anywhere which is pretty rare for a speaker this age. The labels in the back are mostly intact although look aged.

Speaker 740 mid potentiometer is intermittent; 741 tweeter is not operating; no other apparent concerns.
