Description
CAST-IRON KEROSENE BRACKET LAMP, black paint with brass finish highlights, ring-form font holder with holes for prisms, single arm with acanthus pattern and post for reflector, appropriate wall plate, colorless bracket font with oval and vesica's embossed band to the shoulder and panels to lower body, No. 2 fine-line collar. Fitted with a period setup comprising a City Manufacturing Co. No. 2 lip burner, colorless chimney with flattened sides, a reflector, colorless smoke shade with applied ring, and colorless cut prisms. Third quarter 19th century. Bracket 9" HOA, 11" L; font 4 1/2" H to top of collar.
