3 Antique Elkington Electrolyte Metalworks, deaccessioned from V&A museum in England. Including a museum-quality copy of a Greek phiale (libation bowl) decorated with repetitive images of gorgons that was found in the Kul Oba Barrow near Kerch, Crimea in 1830. Modern Kerch was the ancient site of Panticapaeum, an ancient Greek city on the eastern shore of Crimea, which the Greeks called Taurica. It was founded by Milesians in the late 7th or early 6th century BC. Size: Range from 3.25'' x 6.25'' x 6.25'' (8 x 16 x 16 cm) to 8.75'' x 6'' x 6'' (22 x 15 x 15 cm).
