second half 18th century
The hinged lid opening to a well with a candlebox over a drawer.
height 22 1/2in (57cm); width 44 1/2in (113cm); depth 19 1/4in (49cm)

Condition

Structurally sound. General marks, nicks, scratches, alligatoring to surface, losses to decoration and wear. Hinges replaced. One of the two small drawers inside is missing. Scattered losses to timber.
