8/14/23 3:15pm - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 275: I note the chairs are sturdy and sit well, they all display surface wear, nicks, small abrasions, some scratching, and wear to legs, as commensurate with age and use, upholstery intact with no apparent rips or tears, some light staining/ spotting to seats.
