8/22/23 9:45am - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 429: I note the farmhouse table is sturdy, three out of the four legs have full vertical splits, the top with typical separation and fill at panels, tonal variation/ patina throughout, surface wear, including mars, nicks, scratches, and small abrasions, all commensurate with age and use, I do note that there is a layer of varnish to the surface, I observe that the drawers operate smoothly when pulled out, at this time.
