Chippendale Walnut Veneer Looking Glass, probably England, mid-18th century. The rectangular mirror glass framed by applied ogee and bead molding around molded and gilded composition liner, all with double-scallop top corners, scrolled brackets conform to carved profile of walnut-veneered pine crest and pendant, 38cm wide, 2cm deep, 68cm high (15 1/4in wide, 1 1/4in deep, 27 1/4in high).
