Unique hand-made sterling silver Western bolo tie with a design featuring a gold pan, a gold nugget , a miniature revolver, and a bezel-set turquoise stone. This bolo may be Native American - Navajo made.

Stamped "STERLING" on the back. No maker's mark. Circa 1960's.

The gold nugget is real, close to 24k, and likely weighs about 8 - 10 grams estimated from its size.

The six-shooter revolver is realistic and is not sterling, probably nickel or silver-plated. The handle appears to be a white plastic. The cylinder actually turns, mounted in the bolo so that there is a cut-out.

The tie is made of braided nylon, silk or cloth and the tips are sterling (unmarked but tested) and have some Native American stamp-work.
