(1) Carved wooden souvenir rosary from Lourdes, France, featuring crucifix with carved decoration, a medallion depicting St. Bernadette Soubirous kneeling before the Blessed Virgin Mary on one side and her words to St. Bernadette ("Allez boire a la fontaine et vous y laver") on the other and centerpiece medallion with "Coeur Immacule de Marie protecez nous" on one side and "Souvenir de N-D de Lourdes" on the other.
(1) Carved wooden souvenir rosary from Paray-le-Monial, France, site of the apparition of the Blessed Virgin Mary to St. Margaret Mary, featuring crucifix with carved decoration and centerpiece medallion with with Sacred Heart and "Souvenir de Paray-le-Monial" on one side and "Sacre Coeur de Jesus. Ayez pitie de nous." on the other.
