1784 1st ed American Revolutionary WAR Letter of Henry Clinton British Military
A rare 18th-century pamphlet, letter of Sir Henry Clinton. Clinton was in command of British forces at the Battle of Bunker Hill and distinguished himself as an important military leader; however, the British reign became frustrated with him for not following through on a march to New York and that he was unwise with royal funds. This letter is his response to critics regarding his military decision making.
