Description
ANTIQUE / VINTAGEÂ GLASS HATPINS, LOT OF 14, most with facet cutting, comprising five black or French jet hatpins, two colorless, one red, one blue, one amethyst, one green, one Vaseline / canary (reacts under black light), and two amber including one with possibly later applied beads around the base. Unmarked. Together with a colorless crystal/bead converted into a hatpin. 15 pieces total. Late 19th/first half 20th century. 3 3/4" to 11 3/4" LOA.

Condition
Very good overall condition with a few to some minor pattern roughness, flaking, and/or nicks, possibly some or most as made, pins with slight bending and/or spots/areas of corrosion; teardrop-form colorless hatpin with a small sliver chip to top; Vaseline / canary hatpin with a moderate flake to top along edge; one amber hatpin with some losses to applied beads.
