Japanese inspired forms, stoneware, a egg shaped vase with minimal rim and strong taper, speckled glaze, inscribed and dated 1996 (11 1/2 in.); the second has an ovoid bottle form, the dark glaze almost rendering the wavy line decoration invisible, inscribed and dated 1996 (9 in.).
