Circa 1810, likely Charleston, South Carolina. The piece having a broken arch pediment with three turned wood finials atop upper case with two hinged doors housing shelves within the case leading down to fall front opening to nicely appointed interior above lower case housing two upper crawers over two lower drawers all resting on bracket feet. The secondary wood in this piece is hard yellow pine along with cigar box mahogany along with some white pine as well. H89" W43" D22" Having been used in the Cheshire family home at 30 S. Battery in Charleston, South Carolina.The drawer bottoms of the interior compartment look to be Cypress upon extra examination. Sides of drawers are mahogany.
