Pair of Large Faux Bois Paint Decorated Gilt and Gesso Wood Corner Cabinets, 20th C., the stepped breakfront crown over an indented gilt and gesso shell carved top above three shelves, flanked by pilasters with applied gilt leaves and a faux marble finish, over a large faux marble cupboard door, on a stepped plinth base, H.- 98 in., W.- 47 in., D.- 33 in.

The top arches on the corner cabinets have repairs to the their scrollwork. One c-scrolled foot is lacking on one cabinet; on the other cabinet, the back half of another foot is lacking. Foliate wood mounts on the sides have repairs. The side edges and steeped edges on the tops and plinth bottoms have a few small losses and nicks. Condition is as to be expected with age, material and use, especially with carved gesso and wood crowns and mounts.
