Description
Franz Ulrich (Swiss, 1771-1845) Percussion Cap Pistol, Ca. Early 19th C., L 13.5" | 8" octagonal barrel marked at the top "F. Ulrich in Bern". Undecorated lock marked the same. Hammer engraved with a mushroom and scrolling floral designs. Walnut stock with finely checkered bird's head grip. Small gold cartouche of a human or animal head at the top of the barrel. Notched rear sight with blade front sight.
Condition
Minor scuffs and dings to the stock and barrel. Mechanically functional.
