Comprising three portrait miniatures of gentlemen, identified verso, "Sanford, "Clarke," and "James Tilson," the portrait of Sanford, possibly by James Jennings (English, 1763-1793), signed and dated, "J.J. 1767," l.r., the portrait of Clarke signed and dated, "J.H. 1779," l.r., and the portrait of James Tilson, possibly by Andrew Dunn (Irish, active 1800-1820), signed and dated, "A. Dunn 1805, l.r.; and two portraits of ladies, one late 18th century, inscribed in ink verso, "Hal," the other depicting a lady with lace collar and coral bead necklace, signed and dated verso, "L. Kennedy 1831"; all watercolor, framed.
